Healthy Homemade Tacos

Back to the drawing board for the next few months. Bulking, mass phase, making improvements,... whatever you want to call it. I'll be posting some killer high-calorie meals to help fuel heavy training and keep your muscles hard & full throughout the remainder of sweater weather.

Kicking it off with HEALTHY HOMEMADE TACOS:

You'll need... 
-93% lean (or greater) ground beef
-Reduced fat shredded mexican cheese
-Whole grain tortilla shells
-Medium/Hot salsa

3 or 4 of these makes an excellent mass meal. 1 or 2 makes a great healthy meal for anybody.

Fiber = 8g

*with 2 oz. of ground beef, 2 oz. of cheese, and 1 tbsp. of salsa. macros may vary slightly depending on the brands and type of meat you select
