High Protein Breakfast Sandwich

New breakfast option for those of you rushing in the a.m.. This HIGH-PROTEIN EGG & CHEESE SANDWICH takes less than 5 minutes to put together with nearly nothing to cleanup


2 slices Brownberry high protein bread
1 whole egg
2 servings of liquid egg whites
1 slice Sargento low fat cheese

-Pop your bread down in the toaster
-Crack and egg into a large coffee mug (lightly sprayed with olive or canola oil), add egg whites, and microwave on high for about 1 minute, 45 seconds
-When your bread pops, add the cheese, egg mixture and press the halves together so the cheese gets all gooey and delicious. Bam, done. Toss in some foil & you're out the door
